Leasing....? I was leasing a beautiful TB named Dilly but unfortunately the vet came today and confirmed that he has arthritis in his hocks and is no longer able to do what I want to with him. I am not going to renew my lease.... : ( So I am going to start looking for a new horse to challenge my skills. Do you know any good websites to look for horses for lease?? Thank you! Sorry 'bout that....I live in Connecticut.
How much the cost for leasing a horse in Maryland? I'm looking for leasing a horse in Maryland. Actually I have the riding lessons at my horseback riding club and they have a indoor/outdoor facility, it is pretty clean and nice place. They offered to me $425 for half lease per month (3 times riding in per week), but it seems kind expensive. Off course, depends on that horse's level and other condition, but I think that horse is not really special (10 years old, TB, schooling level, little bit hunter/dressage) How much is the reasonable price for leasing horse at riding club?
Can the apartment leasing office refuse to give me the new rate that is lower and offered to others? It's time for us to renew our apartment leasing contract. We know that the current rate offer to others is lower than what's we have been paying. However, the leasing office refuse still wants us to pay the old higher rate. We know that we can just move out but we are curious about why they want to treat us differently. We have been a good tenant with an excellent payment history in the past one year.
What does leasing a car appear on your credit as? I know that obviously taking a loan out for a new car appears on your credit as a vehicle loan. - I am wondering how does leasing a car differ on your credit report, what type of account would it show up as?
What is better leasing a car or buying one? I am interested in getting a Ford Escape soon since my recent car sucks! I don't have a a lot of credit , I don't own a house or anything really and between my fiancee and I are income is about $2000 a month. People say leasing is a good idea but I don't know if it would benefit or not. Any1 know which is better? Give me some info!
What is the average cost of leasing a horse? I used to own a horse, but we had to sell him. Now I am thinking of leasing a horse, as opposed to buying one. Is that a good way to save money, and can anyone give me an "average" cost of leasing? Thanks.
What are the qualifications to become a leasing agent for an apartment complex? Do you need a college degree or is a high school diploma sufficient? I've worked at a bookstore for nearly 3 years now and that's the extent of my sales experience. I'm wanting to get into real estate development though and I'm going to college to pursue in regional planning, with a minor in business management. Is anyone a leasing agent that can help me out? What about leasing representatives for shopping malls or office buildings? Is that the same or is there more involved to it?
What are the pros and cons of leasing a car? I can't see any flaws in leasing, except that there is a possibility of having to pay for extra mileage. My boyfriend worked for a car dealership temporarily and overheard another salesman saying "leasing is the smartest thing to do, but don't tell customers that".--Because they obviously miss out on commission. So what are your thoughts? The money you pay towards the lease goes towards the purchase price right? Then at the end if you decide you don't want the car.. the $ goes into your choice of a new car?
When a leasing company checks your credit, do they look at your report or score? I am somewhat worried about the credit check a leasing company will be doing on me once I apply for an apartment. I have checked my credit and I believe that my credit report will get me the apartment with no problem, but my credit score is above average (not excellent) and I don't want that to be an issue. Do leasing agencies tend to look at your report, your score, or both? Thanks!

I am considering leasing my mare, where do I start? I am considering leasing my mare to a gentleman that summers here in Montana to be used as a trail and pleasure horse. What is a fair price, and how do I handle the legalities? Please, only educated responses, I'm not looking for opinions or random comments. Thank you! What is a fair price? Where would I start to find a fair price?
What would be the advantages of leasing over conventional credit of a new car? I went to a car dealer and was explained both plans (leasing and conventional) The leasing plan offered a lower monthly payment. It looks like I can turn the can in at any time, so I don't have to go on with the payment and get me a new car. I want to know if there are other advantages, or disadvantages over a conventional plan.
Does leasing a car mean you have to buy from that company again? I am looking at leasing a Nissan 350Z. I like new cars every couple years, but also like to add things to a car to make it mine. At the end of the lease, would I have to buy from Nissan again or could I lease from someone else? Also, how does insurance and interest rates work on a lease? Any downfalls on leasing?
I would like to start a car leasing company? I live in a area where lots of people lease cars. I would like to know how to start such a company. Who sets the prices? How do they et the prices? What are lesing programs? How do the leasing compaines get paid? From the dealer? From the bank? Any help from people in the car industry would be a great help. Thanks I am getting no where here!!!! If you know anything about leasing there is no capital at all, I havepeople that would use me, I just need to know how it works.
How do I qualify for leasing a car? I've been interested in leasing a new car, but I've only just turned 18, but I have two jobs, i'm very responsible and I know I can afford it. Any tips as to taking a step closer to achieving this?
how long can can my leasing office not give me a mailbox key? Ive already moved in but the previous tenants did not return their key so the post office has to change the locks. This should've been handled before I moved in, Im not getting any mail. Ive already had issues with the leasing office but I really like the apartment. What can I do? Is there any legal action I can take?
Does anyone know the credit requirments for leasing a vehicle? I have a 600 credit score. I have leased 2 vehicles in the past, 1 has never had a late payment the other had a couple 30 day and 1 60 and 1 90. That lease ended a year and a half ago. I have also had 1 judgement on my credit report, that has been paid. All the charged off accounts on my credit report are paid. I make 35,000 a year and currently have 1800.00 in debt. 1,000 on a school loan and 800 on a visa. Both have never been late. The Visa with an $800 balance has been open for 7 years. Should I forget about leasing and think about purchasing? I heard that is easier. Or should I just stop thinking about it because I don't have a chance to buy or lease?
How does leasing to buy work? I'm considering buying a new car and not sure how to go about it. If I sell my current car outright I could get about half the cost of the car I want. I have a job lined up where I could make at least another grand or so to add. I have some money saved and possibly a small loan I can use, but I'd still be about a 5 grand short. I'm wondering how leasing to buy works and if that would be a good option?
What is the average salary of an Apartment Leasing Agent in Albuquerque, NM? I am trying to find out on the internet what the average Apartment Leasing Agent starts out at and what kind of increases they get. I am currently residing in Las Vegas, NV and I clear 1645 per month. I am looking for a job of at least equal pay or better. If anyone knows where I can go to find this information or knows how much they make please let me know, answers greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Leasing a car and how it affects your credit? I have good credit (my Fico score is in the mid-700s) I am considering leasing a car sometime this year, and this might be a dumb question but... How does it affect your credit...does it count as an actual debt? Lets say I leased a car. If I wanted to calculate my debt to income ratio, would that be included as debt?
As a new car buyer, what are the pros and cons of leasing a vehicle rather than buying it? I'm very close to making my first car purchase but I"m still deciding on should I buy or lease. For the most part I know that through a lease that there are mile restrictions and you can't customize the car which are things that I can adjust to. Honestly I'm leaning more towards leasing because most people don't really keep their cars these days and trade them in after a couple of years anyway. With that said what are the the major pros and cons that someone should know before entering into a lease.
I would like to have a career in aircraft sales and leasing.? I would like to have a career in aircraft sales and leasing. How do I break into this field? I have many years of sales and management experience, but none in this new field. How can enter this exciting field, and what can I expect to earn if I make it to the top? Thanks in advance. Also, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Can an employee leasing company terminate one of my employees without my permission? One of my employees refused a post injury drug test issued by our employee leasing company. Can the Employee leasing company terminate my employee without my consent and with my opposition to the decision? Also, is refusal to submit to a post injury drug test normally grounds for dismissal? Information provided by the leasing company states that the employee will lose any medical or indemnity benefits but does. My organization is in a right to work state.
Does anyone know who the correct state department is to report an apartment leasing company to? I had to terminate my lease on my apartment and advised the leasing manager. A couple weeks after leaving I received a phone call from their collection agency for the fees (termination fee, concessions & a month of rent). I told them i couldn't pay them because i still hadn't gotten a job, now i do have a job and called to make payment arrangements and was told I can only pay in 3rds. They aren't working with me and now they are harassing me and sending me to collections. I don't know what to do. I had to terminate my lease on my apartment and advised the leasing manager. What do you think about leasing a car? I was wondering about leasing a car only because I don't plan on keeping a car too long. Then I was thinking about buying a car and trading it in but worried about how much I can get for it in 4 or 5 years. I was also thinking about a Certified Pre-Owned so that it won't be as expensive but I still get some warranties and such and I still have the oppurtunity to trade it in . What should I do?
Leasing!?!? Well, I am going to be leasing a horse named CC starting on the first of April. At my barn we have a dome type arena, so the snow is forever falling down. When I am leasing, most of the time I will be riding alone (well my dad will be there, but there will probably be no other horses) and CC is a little skiddish and fast. I ride her in lessons no problem and she will tack up well when my trainer is there, but yesterday my friend and I cleaned stalls so we could get some riding time in. Well I was tacking her up (in crossties) and she started pawing (like picking up her hoof and scraping the ground and putting it up on things) she was pooping a lot, she wouldn't stop moving around and she would not take treats or let me touch her face. She was very distracted and agitated. I am worried that she will act up like this if I lease her. She likes to spook when the snowfalls and she is a naturally fast horse. Continued below: I am worried she will spook more, act up more and not behave as well if my trainer isnt there and she isnt ridden with other horses. Any way to deal with her or calm her down a bit when she gets like this? or should I lease a different horse? All I will be doing is w/t and working on dressage patterns and bending (I cant jump when my trainer isnt there) By the way she is a 22 year old QH. Thanks! The time she was distracted and was acting up was the only time I had ridden her when my trainer wasnt around. It was a sunday and she is usually only ridden on tuesday, wednesday and thursday. Could that be it? Maybe she was just having an off day?

Chapter 8 = Problem # 8 (Automobile Leasing Problem)? Chapter 8 = Problem # 8 (Automobile Leasing Problem) Problem: Sundown Rent-a-Car, a large automobile rental agency operating in the Midwest, is preparing a leasing strategy for the next six months. Sundown leases cars from an automobile manufacturer and then rents them to the public on a daily basis. A forecast of the demand for Sundown’s cars in the next six months follows: MONTHMARCHAPRILMAYJUNEJULYAUGUST Demand420400430460470440 Cars may be leased from the manufacturer for either three, four, or five months. These are leased on the first day of the month and are returned on the last day of the month. Every six months the automobile manufacturer is notified by Sundown about the number of cars needed during the next six months. The automobile manufacturer has stipulated that at least 50% of the cars rented during a six-month period must be on the five-month lease. The cost per month on each of the three types of leases are $420 for the three-month lease, $400 for the four-month lease, and $370 for the five month-lease. Currently, Sundown has 390 cars. The lease on 120 cars expires at the end of March. The lease on another 140 cars expires at the end of April, and the lease on the rest of these expires at the end of May. Management of Sundown Rent-a-car has decided that perhaps the cost during the six-month period is not the appropriate cost to minimize because the agency may still be obligated to additional months on some leases after that time. For example, if Sundown had some cars delivered at the beginning of the six-month, Sundown would still be obligated for two additional months on a three-month lease. Use LP to determine how many cars should be leased in each month on each type of lease to minimize the cost of leasing over the entire life of these leases.
Leasing a car with intention to buy? I'm considering leasing a car for 3 years. the only way that makes sense to me to lease is if I buy it at lease-end. for the purpose of this question, I am not considering turning it in at lease-end. The dealer has quoted me at 10k mi/year, but the mileage fees are waived if I buy it. This would have a higher residual value than if I leased with 15k mi/yr, right? So if I actually drive 15k/yr after 3 years, the car would actually be worth less than the residual value that I'm buying it for, right? What would be better, lease for 15k/year now and pay higher monthly payment now or pay the 10k/yr residual value for the car after 3 years?? I need to get the exact prices from the dealer for both senerios, do you think they would give me that info?
Leasing vrs. leasing with an option to buy? I know a number of dealers/manufact. offer leasing as well as leasing with an option to buy (as the rates may vary from regular leasing I heard). If you enter into a regular leasing contract, complete the contract, and decide you want to purchase the rest of the vehicle, will that price differ from the the price of a vehicle if you entered into a lease with option to buy contract? I know buying is the best way to get value for your money but I was curious how that process would work. Thanks.
Is leasing a good idea? I have owned horses in the past. And really miss them. I don't have a lump sum of money right now, so I was thinking of leasing a horse. There are a few really great lease options (atleast I think) about 10min. from where I live and you can even ride to the beach! The lease is $150 for three days a week, includes board, feed, trimmings etc. and a free lesson every week. My friend is also considering leasing a horse. And they will give a special deal for us to lease two. Anyways, is leasing a good idea? It is $150 a month. We live in an apartment.. so I would be boarding if I decided to buy.
Leasing or Buying a new car? I do not have the best credit record. Would I have a better chance of buying a used car or leasing a new one? With a lease you put more down and have lower payments. When buying you have higher payments and own the car. I am starting school soon and need a RELIABLE car for the next few years, and I believe I would be better off leasing, but with not so good credit, would I even qualify for a lease? I have been approved for a $10K used car but I have not looked into leasing yet.
Leasing a horse, how can I....? Hi, I might lease a horse, does leasing include board, vet, farrier ect. prices? I am beginner ADVANCED, and I have wanted to lease for a long time. I have a horse picked out and I really am determined to lease him. I am going to learn to do some higher jumping and more dressage on him. So, I am asking for an answere to if it includes board, vet, farrier ect. prices, and how I can talk to my parents about leasing? Thanks, I really need this. P.S. if you have any questions for me about this, email me or post the question in your answere and I'll edit my question to answere it. Also, I will be working at the stable to work off most of the price. No I haven't gotten as far as having a contract. lol of course he is for lease
Lease or buy... and a couple questions on leasing.? I know it ususally depends on your situation, but what are some benefits to leasing other than lower monthly payments and less money down? Also, if you lease... 1. Do you need to purchase a warranty? 2. What if your car gets totalled? Do you need to continue paying the monthly payments and not have a car? 3. What if it gets stolen? Do you need to keep making payments? 4. When you turn it in, do you have to pay any damage charges? (e.g., dents, scratches, wear and tear? 5. What kind of condition are you required to turn it in? (e.g., Do you need to replace tires for a 3-year, 50,000 lease if they are almost down to needed replacement?) We are thinking of going the lease route, but want to get as much info. as possible. Any input would be great. Thanks... Thanks... good answers. We are actually thinking of going with a honda accord EX... 36 mo./15000 lease. We got quoted at 289.00. This seems to be a good price... with just the first payment down. We did some research, and my uncle let me know where to go... we didn't get any special deals, I just know it is the end of the model-year. Thanks for your input on GAP coverage. One more question... Do you think it is worth it to purchase a warranty, or just go with the factory warranty? Thanks for all input
Leasing Cars??? When leasing a car, if you lease from a dealership that owns several other dealerships, can you lease a car from one of their other dealerships? I leased a Mazda from a dealer who also owns a Volkswagen, a Toyota, and a few other dealerships in the area. Would my lease terms be good there as well? Thanks! I'm sticking with my lease, not looking for another couple of years, but was wondering when the time came if I could look at another one of their dealerships....thanks! :-)
Leasing a GM Vehicle.? What kind of leasing discounts and rates am I looking if I answered yes to all these questions my car dealer asked me? 1. Do you get the GM "Employee," GM "Friends and Family" or the GM "Supplier" discount? 2. Do you currently own or lease a 1999 or newer GM vehicle? 2. Do you currently own or lease a 1994 or newer Saab vehicle? 4. If want want to lease, how many miles will you need per year- 12,000 or 15,000? If more, just let me know! 5. Do you want to lease or purchase? 6. Are you a Farm Bureau member?
property leasing procedure? What is the procedure for creating a "friendly" lease for a garage? A friend of mine is prepared to lease me her garage in exchange for odd jobs, no cash. I've consulted online leasing sites, but their leases all seem to be tailored toward the traditional money for rent concept. Also, with whom would you need to file the lease with? Are there hidden fees, etc ?
Leasing A Car? Can someone explain to me how leasing works? I have always been told that when you lease a vehicle that the only vehicle you can lease is a vehicle that is very basic with hardly any options...is that true? What kinda credit do you have to have to lease?
Leasing a car?? my parents and i have decided that when i get my liscense (yay!!) that we are going to lease a car instead of buying one...this way i can have a nice car that will last me a long time as opposed to buying like a junker for like 5 grand...anyways i have decided on a toyota yaris and its monthly payments of $246 and when i checked out the pricing under the lease it said around $16,000 i calculated it over 60 months and it works out to around 14,000..does this mean that i have to pay only $2000 at the end of the 60 month term or do i not get to keep my car after 60 months.....im a little confused at how the leasing system works...plz explain...and is doing this lease plan a good idea?
Leasing Without Seeing. Under what circumstances would this be a comfortable situation? All desperation aside, leasing an apartment or house is very difficult, especially without first seeing it. How apt are you to lease an apartment/house without first seeing? If the person/company leasing to you had pictures, though you still could not "walk-through" the home for lease, how would this affect your comfort level? If the person/company offered an interactive DVD with video of the grounds, staff and apartment, how would your comfort level then change?
HELP with Leasing A Horse? I have some questions about leasing a horse and how to convince my parents to pay for it. 1) What does a lease include? 2) How can I convince my parents to let me lease a horse. 3) Ideas on how to make money for the lease. 4) Talk to the owner of the horse about, she said yes but what should I talk about? 5) Convince my parents to buy for it? What should I know about a lease. How much is to much. I forgot to add, but I have been riding for 5 years. Doing western , hunter, and english. I am training the horse I want to lease gaming. I have been riding him for about 6 months. He is 6 yrs old and he great on trails and is getting better in the ring. Also How can I get a horse to collect its canter? His is really fast and slighlty very uncombortable. I am 14. I am in 4'H, I 've been in it for 4 years. I can ride, I have been for 5 years. The horse I want to get is 6 yrs. He is Appaloosa. The bern is 3.8 miles from my house. I have riding lessons every week. I ride on weekends. I am training the horse to game , and comptiive trail ride.
Leasing this horse? I'm a high intermediate rider and i'm thinking about leasing a horse from the stable i ride at. I really love a 16hh thoroughbred i've been riding for many months in each lesson. He's a horse i can really learn alot from. The only problem is sometimes he can be a real brat and his temperment is entergetic. Sometimes i can't get the bridle on b/c he's being a brat. I'm learning each week on him though. I find his canter a bit hard to sit but again i'm learning. I would prob. ride w/ a stable friend if i leased him. I really enjoy this horse. I don't know his owner, but i could talk to the stable owner or my instructor. My parents aren't really wanting to lease a horse, but i think i'm slowly convincing them. Do you think leasing this horse would be a good idea?
Leasing vs. Owning a car? I am interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda Civic and I was wondering what the pros and cons where for each, which i should do and people's experiences. Is it true that you have a kilometre or mile restriction when you lease? As well, if I leased for a year and then wanted to buy out the car after a year (original lease is for 3 years) could i do that?
Leasing a horse? I'm looking into leasing a horse. One lady has a pony for part-lease at $40 a month. But only down side is it's 21 years old, hasn't been ridden in 3 years and needs alot of conditioning. They also don't have a good arena or riding trails. It's a good deal but it really sucks that she really isn't rideable right now. There is another horse i'm looking into, its a Paint Gelding. He is a show horse and has great gaits. She is asking $150 a month for a part lease. I think my question is, is $150 a fair price to charge for a half lease? She does have an indoor arena and said I could take him to shows. thanks
Sub-Leasing an apartment for 2 months (need lease)? I'm leasing my apartment for 2 months over the summer. Does anyone know a place to download a pre-written lease for the people to sign? Any suggestions for me before I do this? I've never done this before. The apartment is in San Francisco and is being sub-leased for $2,000/mth and is fully furnished. Thanks!
Buying a car versus leasing a car??????? I have heard everyone rant and rave about not buying a car and only leasing, but I don't get it??!!! I know that when you buy a new car it immediately loses its value when you drive it off the lot, but eventually you get it all paid off and you have no more car payments!! And most new cars come with some sort of warranty!! When you lease a car you pay for it, and pay for it, and pay for it....and so on and so on!! And most all leases come with an excellent warranty so that you do not have to fix anything that goes wrong with the car. (Is that right?) Eventually you can trade it in for ANOTHER new lease or pay some un-godly balloon payment at the end of the lease period. It seems cool I guess if you just want to pay to "rent" a car for the rest of your life!! It just seems like a waste of money and I would like someone to try to explain the merits of leasing a car versus buying a new car. My car has been paid off for a while and I really enjoy not making a car payment each month
When leasing a home or apartment, what is more important!? My girlfriend and I are wanting to lease a single family home here where we live. When the leasing company reviews our leasing application, what are they looking for? What's more important? Credit history, previous rental history, income? We both have good sources of income, and excellent prior rental history. I have Above average credit history, with some current debt (credit cards, auto loan). My girlfriend filed Bankeruptcy 7 years ago, and has a couple collections out for joint account with a prior boyfriend (he charged the cards up, and got a car repo'ed after they split). What do leasing companies look at more? Any help would be helpful!!!
About leasing a car? I have a couple of questions about leasing a car? 1. Can you lease a car if the dealer you are buying from does have any current lease deals going on? 2. How long do leases run for?
Car Leasing Please answer? If someone hits my leased car and the damage is to be paid out of someone else's insurance, who gets the insurance money, the leasing company or me who pays the lease. Does the leasing company even care that there is an accident?
Leasing or Buying? Iam a Senior in high School. Plan on getting a car. but the thing is, I want a car for only 2 years wich is for my college years. and after that I want to buy a baller car . So do you think buying a car and paying it off in 2 years is better or leasing a car for two years is better. and if i do lease is there a difference in price between buying and leasing?
Leasing a horse? I am an intermediate rider and i really want to start leasing a horse. My family are all very beginner riders. At the barn i go to, there is a bulliten board that has has papers that people can put up about selling horses and tack, leasing horses and stuff like that. If i put a paper up there saying im looking for a horse to lease, what should i put on the paper?
Problems with the leasing consultant. Two weeks ago i decided to move to a new place(location: boston).? The leasing consultant was very demanding & asked me to get him several papers before he agreed to give me the place. Finally i sat with him, went over the lease and signed it. I was not given a copy & he kept the papers with him. Moving date is October 12, 2006. He also asked for a security deposit and cashed it. It's a very well known company in boston. Today he called and said they had problems with the previous tenant who occupies the apt and can not give me the place anymore. He suggested that i take another apt in the same building but for more $. He did not accept to negotiate with me nor give me the place for the same price (same size apt, different floor #). I am not sure if the leasing consultant also signed the lease (my mistake, i should have insisted to get a copy), however i have a paper with my name on it & account nb that states when the lease begins, ends, deposits due, etc and also a bank statement that he cashed the deposit. PLease HELP ME, what do i do now?

Leasing a horse? what is the deal with leasing a horse? how much is it normally? what is the point? if you're paying money for boarding and feed you might as well own it. I don't really understand what leasing is, is it just you who rides the horse, or does it also get leased to other people? (then that isn't cool because it could be rode a lot!) where do they stay and stuff? I own all my own horses on 80 acres my whole life, run a ranch, so i really don't see the purpose of paying a monthly fee to ride a horse you don't get to own personally. LOL, lil.miss.hunter, its okay, i was reading this and was getting really confused and started thinking you answered something you clicked on wrong, then i got to the bottom and read it, hahaha great stuff! lol
Can rental leasing office report us to credit bureau? Long Story... if we break our lease but inform them....? Alright here is the deal. We have been at this apartment for 2 years almost. It is here in Miami When we first moved in it was me & hubby & our almost 6 month old son. The leasing office said the rules were no more than 2 people per bedroom but since he was just a baby we could get the 1 bedroom, because of our credit score we had to put a double deposit of $1,580, fine we did. I found out I was pregnant and asked for 2 bedroom on first floor. We resigned lease because she said as soon as one became available she'd move us. Baby is now born and 3 months and still no 2 bedroom. We just got approved to buy a house. I don't care if we lose deposit but she says she will report us to credit bureau if we dont pay an extra $1,000 on top of that. Lease says we can terminate with 30 days written notice, last months rent & $200 plus another month's rent & forfit deposit ? We cant afford all that and mortgage. What should we do? Can she report to credit. Isn't it illegal to have 4 people in 1 br?
leasing question? ive ridden for seven years but havent really had any experience in leasing. i have a few questions: 1. when people say free off farm lease does that mean they will pay for the board or do you have to. 2. when people say free lease, do you have to pay anything? and does the horse have to stay at their farm, and if it can move to another farm, will they pay the board? thanx for the help! 3. when it is an off farm lease can you use their tack or do you have to get your own? also when it is a free lease do you have to pay for the vet and farrier ect.
Leasing a car in UAE? Hi all I am based in Sharjah and planning to stay for about one or two years I am thinking of getting a car and consider leasing is better than buying. So if anyone has recenlty leased a car, how much are you paying monthly and which leasing company did you go to?

What does leasing mean? Hi. I am very interested in leasing a Car, but I do not know what the term Leasing means. If I understand correctly, leasing means the car is not yours, but rather like renting it? Could you please explain what Leasing a car is?
Leasing or Buying a car?? Is it better to buy or lease in this situation. Explain in Details please. Leasing a car for 9 years or Buying a car for 9 years. Assume that the cost of the car is $25,000. Your down payment is $5000. Also every 3 years in lease car you can get a new car. The maintence cost is $500 a year. Which deal is better in the end?
Leasing Laws...?!? I need to know if there are any laws relating to Leasing a commercial property, and the fact that you have to maintain it properly, or else there are certain consequences. Such as, that you will be liable if anyone injures themselves on your leased property etc. Please list all leasing laws you know of that are similar to this kind of thing. (I apologise that, the above was poorly explained)
Question about buying/leasing a condo or house? I'm 21 and thinking about moving out. i have a few questions to whether it's best to lease or buy a house or condo, or even apartment. i don't like the idea of renting because it's a waste of money.. i don't have any income that i can prove. but i will start filing taxes next year and my income will be approximately 40-50k/year. my credit score is almost perfect. Should i lease or buy a place and how much loan can i afford(and how much will i be qualified for)? or am i better off renting for now? if you say i should lease..how does leasing exactly work? how much or my "rent" will go towards buying the place if i decide to buy? also, since i'm a college student will i have any help from the government (with tuition or any other help) since i'm considered "low income" or am i on my own since i want to own?
Leasing a horse?? I don't really understand how to lease a horse. I was wondering if this would be right for me but I have a few questions: Do most people let you use the tack for the horse? Does leasing make it mine to ride all day (or how long I pay for it) Please include any other information you think is important =)
Leasing & Mods? I'm looking into leasing a 08 Tacoma, and was just wondering what exactly can you mod or not mod on the truck? Does the truck need to be "de-modded" if you decide not to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease?
When Leasing A Car What Is The Residual Value? What is the "residual value" that they speak of when talking about leasing a car? Is it what they are estimating the car will be worth at the end of the lease? And you'll be making a monthly payment on the difference? I'd appreciate the help, because that's what I thought it was.
Commercial Leasing HELP!? The Commercial leasing property management will not release landlords contact information. I am forced to break my lease because of going out of business and I would like to talk with the landlord but the property management won't give me his information. Do I have any rights to speak directly to the landlord?

Property Management/Leasing Agent in Vancouver, BC, CA? My husband and I are looking to relocate to Canada from the US. It will be us and our two kids. Right now I am a Leasing Agent and have been for two years. I am wondering if someone could tell me a good way to search apartments in Vancouver that I may apply to work at and possibly live at as well. I have tried to search for Leasing Agents/Consultants and Property Management… on sites such as careerbuilder.ca but it almost seems like the position doesn’t exist… maybe the title is different in CA?
How does leasing a vehicle work? I was thinking of leasing a Mercedes..so, I was wondering if anyone could kinda give me the low down on how this works! Do you lease through a financial institution (bank, credit union..) or is it through the dealer?
How to negotiate with leasing office for new appliances? I signed a one year lease with a new place couple weeks ago and because there was someone living in it, I was not able to view that particular apartment until today. The leasing office was only able to show me a model of how my apartment would like. I was told that all the appliances in my new apartment would be the same or even better than the one in the model. Finally, today when I went to pick up my keys to my apartment, I realized that the washer and dryer is rusted all over and that it was really disgusting looking. I told the leasing office but they said there is nothing they can do about it becuase it is only the outside that is rusted. How can I negotiate with them to have it replaced? I am not asking for a new one, I am only asking for a better condition one.
Costs of leasing a horse? When you lease a horse, do you have to pay for the vet/food/board ect ? Are you allowed to take it to shows? What is the cost per month of leasing a horse?
Horse leasing, please answer!? We're looking into leasing one of the school horses at the farm I take lessons at. The farm is a foundation, so nobody owns it, would I still have to get a vet to check the horse before I agree to lease her? Or do you think their probaly are already taken care of, since it's a huge farm? Also could any one give me the definations of these: Share lease Full lease Partial lease Half lease Which one would you reccommend, for first time leasing?
Leasing a horse? I really wouldn't mind leasing, but I can get really attached and I don't know if I could handle letting them go. Should I just go ahead and buy my own horse instead? Thanks in advance!
