I would like to start a car leasing company?

I live in a area where lots of people lease cars. I would like to know how to start such a company. Who sets the prices? How do they et the prices? What are lesing programs? How do the leasing compaines get paid? From the dealer? From the bank? Any help from people in the car industry would be a great help. Thanks I am getting no where here!!!! If you know anything about leasing there is no capital at all, I havepeople that would use me, I just need to know how it works.

1. The first thing you need is a bunch of working capital (cash, and lots of it). A business plan is also needed.
2. If you have to ask here, how to start such a complex and risky venture, you have no business trying, you'll fail. Don't bother.
