Is a Finance internship at Prudential Preferred Properties good for the resume?

A friend will be going from Indiana to downtown Chicago for the non-paying internship. Its his first shot at the finance field during undergrad. Is it worth it?

1. Depends on what he is going to do when he gets out of college. While it won't be a black mark, unless he screws up, it won't necessarily help him unless he stays in that career field.
2. Absolutely Manangers will see that he is anxious to learn, the knowledge will be very helpful. John W.
