Real Estate?

For real estate agents, are you using a real estate mobile application? If yes, what features are important? For USA residents, is real estate mobile application being used by a lot of real estate agents? Also state the country where you live.

1. What the heck is a real estate mobile application?!
2. You mean laptop, PDA, that sort of thing? Yeah, I've got a laptop if I need (rarely) access to the programs I regularly use when I'm out of the office. But that's a sideshow. I'm concentrating on the people and on the property. Show me an agent that answers a cell phone or an email when they're with a client, and I'll show you someone you shouldn't do business with. For the money they're being paid, if they cannot give you their undivided attention, then they are too busy to give your transaction the attention it needs. It's okay to have a loan processor or a transaction coordinator for the routine stuff. But not the loan pricing, not the marketing, definitely not the negotiations, and never ever the client interaction.
3. yES mOBILE is the best aplication for any realestate. Mobile homes should have windows and doors... Mobile Agents should call home often... and mobile cell phones are everywhere. the U S A Country
4. It's important to be able to quickly respond to clients who email you as well as be able to view and research listings quickly.
