  1. Does anyone ever search answers before they ask? This must be asked 10 times a day. Contact the local real estate board, they will be able to help you get started in the right direction. Everyone knows at least one Realtor, why not just ask them? Oh yeah, are you going to ask this every 15 minutes? you just asked. Be patient
  2. do a search for "real estate trainers santa ana california". That should help. Any questions, feel free to e-mail me. Regards
  3. Depending on the area you live in, for example I am in Chandler Arizona, and you have to pass real estate exams to get your Realtors license. Then you have the ability to sell homes in the entire state of Arizona. Other states are not as liberal. You may only be able to sell homes in a specific county, or region of the state. For more question, you can contact my Realtor at http://brentconley.point2homes.biz he specializes in Chandler Arizona Real Estate, and Arizona relocation services.
  4. Hi I am a Realtor in Florida. However, I used to live in California. I think that there are two types of licenses for the state of California. One that is good for four years before meeting renewal requirements and the other for 18months. All Real Estate Agents are licensed by their state. To be licensed, you have to take courses and pass the state licensing exams. Some states do not let you take the licensing exam until you pass the course exams. Also, you may be required to send in fingerprints and be screened before being allowed to take the licensing exam (as in Florida) Since it is always best to go to the source here is the website for the California Department of Real Estate and a link for a school which offers on-line training. These links should give you the exact details for licensing in California. Good Luck! http://www.dre.ca.gov/examinees_sub.htm http://www.realestatelicensing.net/salespersons_licence.php
  5. I would just contact the state real estate agency and they would be able to answer your questions, and probably give you a list of accredited schools that you can use also. Or you can contact a real estate office an some of the companies do the schooling there and they can tell you also how much things will be and what you need to get started.
